1. What’s included in my order?
Each order includes the kite you selected, fully prepped and ready to fly. Also included are 575 feet of #9 nylon flying twine and flying instructions.

2. Is flying twine included with my order?
Yes! As a courtesy, each kite comes with 575 feet of #9 nylon twine. For additional twine, please check your local hardware or craft store.

3. How hard is it to fly a Ringo kite?
Not hard at all. Ringo kites are very lightweight and can fly in winds as low as 10 miles per hour.

4. Can I add or remove the tail from my kite?
The tail is essential for balance and helps keep your kite upright. Removing the entire tail will prevent the kite from flying. However, you can add extra tail length for additional stability.

5. How long does it take to produce my kite after I place an order?
Most kites are built and shipped within 3 business days. Special or custom orders may take longer.

6. How many color selections can I choose for my kite?
You can choose up to three colors at no extra cost. Each additional color is $2.50.

7. Can I customize my kite?
Yes! You can customize your kite with your favorite colors, country flag, and more.

8. What are the dimensions of the kite?
Standard kites are approximately 31” by 31” in height and width.

9. What is your refund policy?

If you're not satisfied, simply return the kite in its original packaging, undamaged. A refund will be issued for the cost of the kite, excluding shipping. Please note that custom orders are non-refundable.
